The Alcohol and Drug Counselor, CADC works as a member of a multi-disciplinary team at the Blackburn Center to deliver comprehensive, person-centered, integrated services to the Portland East-side community. This is an outpatient clinic that serves over 500 homeless clients suffering from mental illness, some of whom will remain in your team’s care for years... you can, and will, change lives here while being 1000% supported.
