We have a fantastic opportunity for a Full Time Primary Care Physician (PCP)/Family Med Physician to join a growing team of passionate healthcare providers in Montclair!

• Organization: You'll be joining an amazing team of clinicians plus support personnel with three locations in place. You'll primarily be working from one location with occasional travel (15 minutes) to a second location.
• Job Duties: Provide primary medical care to low-income patients ages 0 to 100+. You can expect to provide the full range of care from diagnosis to chronic care management for an array of demographics.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm with NO CALL/NO WEEKENDS/NO HOLIDAYS and a daily break between 12pm and 2pm.
• Benefits: Paid Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 403b with 3% match, Loan Repayment Program/Public Service Loan Forgiveness, Malpractice insurance, License and DEA renewal, $1500/yr for CME plus PTO to attend approved events.

Primary Care Physician (PCP)/Family Med Physician Job Description:

• Provide all aspects of Primary Care including assessment, diagnosis, prescribing, referrals, etc.

Graduate from an approved medical school- MD or DO. Current California Medical License and Board Certification is required.

Final salary is per employer discretion and commensurate with experience.
