AMI Healthcare Staffing, part of AMI Network, is seeking an Executive Assistant to an HR Executive for a 6 months contract to hire an opportunity to join a fantastic team in Los Angeles, CA area! We are partnered with a rapidly growing specialty hospital and one of the leading providers of care in the Los Angeles area to help them find an Executive Assistant. In this role as an Executive Assistant, you will work directly with their HR department and Executive to provide executive support and oversight of critical projects and deliverables. If you are well-organized, have advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, are a great problem solver, and are comfortable taking initiative, this could be the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the HR department.
  • Work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
  • Completes a broad variety of administrative and project coordination tasks including managing an active calendar, completing expense reports, arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
  • The Executive Assistant will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
  • The Executive Assistant Proactively and effectively communicates about upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up as appropriate 45
  • Successfully completes critical aspects of project deliverables, prioritizing conflicts, and engaging with stakeholders proactively to resolve issues and communicate updates
  • The Executive Assistant develops and maintains project communications, including status reporting, meeting facilitation, publishing of minutes, and stakeholder management
  • The Executive Assistant works closely with the leadership team as well as members of the business unit teams across banners and functions
  • Organize team events and off?site events that may include other key leaders and/or their teams
