We are looking for a full-time, Trauma-Informed Mental Health Clinician (LCSW/AMFT/ACSW) to join our collaborative team at our quality-focused non-profit community health center. Our organization is equally as passionate about our clients as we are about our staff. Ideally, you are versed in trauma-informed care, love to work collaboratively with a team, and prefer the clinical side of your work! (We have an incredible team of case managers to support our clinicians.)
We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish) candidate.
Responsibilities:
Maintains appropriate training requirement to meet specific requirements to achieve/maintain professional license and/or certification.
Provides individual and family psychotherapy. Provides services within clinic or telehealth appointments.
Provides treatment according to any evidence-based practices for which they have been trained.
Develops treatment plans to ensure client progress and evaluate on an ongoing basis.
Provides linkage and advocacy to ensure that the client and family have access to services that will help achieve treatment goals.
Maintains thorough treatment records in a timely manner according to the requirements of client’s funding source.
Follows all quality assurance guidelines and ethical/legal guidelines.
Participates in weekly staff meetings and case presentations
What You Bring:
Must have Master’s in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
