AMI Healthcare Staffing has a unique temporary position for a great company located in Concord, CA, for a payroll specialist.

What will make you successful:

• ADP experience, both in writing ADP reports & processing payroll with ADP workforce now - Required*
• Experience processing payroll on a semi-monthly basis for over 60 employees.

Essential Functions:

• Uploading hours to the payroll grid for processing
• Maintain high knowledge of all of the company's payroll policies and governmental regulations impacting payroll preparation
• Process payroll ensuring accuracy and compliance with all Federal, State, and Provincial laws
• Assist in fine-tuning the payroll process

 

Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM

Full time: Monday- Friday

Duration: Temp - 2 -3 months

This role can be a Hybrid position for the right person after 1-2 weeks of training onsite.
