What we do.

Since 2010 we’ve helped 100+ companies across the healthcare space hire hundreds of employees, and our clients range from Fortune 500 Hospital Systems to Non-Profits to innovative start-up Health Plans! We have a ridiculously talented business development team, and we've recently been turning away searches because our recruiters are at capacity with job reqs. A good problem to have, but a problem nonetheless!

Tha Perks.

  • The% work from home- booyah!
  • Base salary: $45,000-$55,000. A Recruiter who hits their goals earns $70,000-$110,000 & the sky is the limit!
  • Unlimited PTO (and we expect you to take full advantage of it ;-)
  • 2x year company retreats (our last one was in Costa Rica)
  • Medical, dental, vision- most plans are completely free for an individual
  • 4 company-paid sessions with a Mental Health Therapist/per year
  • $500/yr in professional development/continued education
  • 401k with up to $2,500 in employer matching
  • 1 free book/month or audible.com subscription- yeah, we're big on personal growth
  • Weekly professional development workshops

Your job.

It's simple; you find the candidates, and we provide the clients and manage the relationships. We make lots of placements, and everybody wins!

  • At any given time, you can expect to have 5-20 open contract or contract to hire searches to fill in Healthcare (often Medical Assistants, Therapist, Front Desk Staff, Medical Biller, etc.)
  • Utilize a swiss army knife of 13 paid recruitment tools to source candidates, which includes:
    • Loxo Applicant Tracking System: with just over 150,000 juicy candidates
    • Job Boards: Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Careerbuilder, ZipRecruiter
    • Research: ZoomInfo, SignalHire, Seamless.ai
    • Outreach: Loxo drip campaigns, Dux Soup, Vidyard
  • Screen candidates and sell them on the opportunity when you identify a great match!

How we win.

I. Team Success: our top priority is to create a system that facilitates: Balance, Sustainable Income, Fun, & Growth for our team.

II. Client Success: we are driven to help clients hire “team members” who make a meaningful impact. We do this by making introductions to “off-market candidates” while taking a consultative approach to talent acquisition.

The team.

We are a diverse, close-knit team of 22 that has doubled in size over the past 18 months. We are driven to help people, love travel, are financially motivated, enjoy podcasts & personal development books, are fans of The Office, and most of us are avid adventurers and frequently bond over outdoors activities like snowboarding, soccer, craft beers, whiskey & wine, hiking, etc. We have a healthy obsession with technology and pride ourselves on using innovative tools and processes to attract candidates nobody else is.

Training.

We love teaching and have a comprehensive 30-day onboarding plan to introduce you to our tools, processes, and clients (and then some on top of that!)- this is an excellent job for someone who enjoys learning and is excited about recruitment & talent acquisition.

***Qualifications.

You could have experience in the healthcare field, where you had responsibilities with hiring or training or healthcare recruiting or staffing experience. Either way, if you’re comfortable with technology (i.e., Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, LinkedIn), aren’t afraid of making cold calls (yes, we have realistic expectations and will teach you what to say), and have a "sales" mindset and get a rush when you find that needle in a haystack by finding a great candidate for our client or a dream job/a great interim job for your candidate.

*If you're looking for a career in Human Resources, this is not for you. Working for a search firm is much closer to sales than HR because you're actively pursuing and attracting candidates. If that's you, you'll feel at home as an internal recruiter instead :-)

**If this sounds like your cup of tea, send your resume to Larisa@aminetwork.com with a blurb about why you think this job is a good fit and what's an area of your life, personally or professionally, you're looking to improve. A creative subject line will get you extra credit, and we'd love to hear an interesting fact about yourself for more bonus points!
