Your job.

It's simple; we provide the clients and manage the relationships, you find the candidates. We make lots of placements and everybody wins. Huzzah!

As a member of our Recruitment Process Outsourcing team (RPO), you will be responsible for high-volume hiring projects for our clients. Clients engage us when they lack the internal resources to make a large number of crucial hires. The pace and responsibilities of the role are similar to being an Internal Corporate Recruiter. Recently these projects have included:

  • Recruiting 70 employees including Therapists and Youth Counselors for a non-profit residence for unaccompanied migrant children
  • Hiring 20 Medical Assistants and Nurses for a new Physician office
  • Making over 200 hires in 12 months ranging from Nurses to Customer support for one of the largest medical groups in california

What you'll do:

  • Utilize a swiss army knife of 13 paid recruitment tools to source candidates which includes:
    • Loxo Applicant Tracking System: with just over 160,000 juicy candidates
    • Job Boards: Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Careerbuilder, ZipRecruiter
    • Research: ZoomInfo, SignalHire, Seamless.ai
    • Outreach: Loxo drip campaigns, Dux Soup, Vidyard
  • Screen and candidates and sell them on the opportunity when you identify a great match!
  • Coordinate with hiring managers & extend offers to your top candidates (the best part of the job!!)
  • Provide reports and consultation to enable clients to improve their processes and make more hires

How we win.

I. Team Success: our top priority is to create a system that facilitates: Balance, Sustainable Income, Fun, & Growth for our team.

II. Client Success: we are driven to help clients hire “team members” who make a meaningful impact. We do this by making introductions to “off market candidates” and while taking a consultative approach to the talent acquisition process.

The team.

We are a young, close-knit team of 25+ that's more than doubled in size over the past 18 months. We are driven to help people, love travel, are financially motivated, enjoy podcasts & personal development books, are fans of The Office, and most of us are avid adventurers and frequently bond over outdoors activities like snowboarding, soccer, craft beers, whiskey & wine, hiking, etc. We have a healthy obsession with technology, and pride ourselves on using innovative tools and processes to attract candidates nobody else is.

Training.

We love teaching and have a comprehensive 30-day onboarding plan to introduce you to our tools, processes, and clients (and then some on top of that!)- this is a great job for someone who enjoys learning and is excited about recruitment & talent acquisition.

*Qualifications.

You could be fresh out of college or have 10 years of industry experience. Either way, if you’re comfortable with technology (i.e. Excel, Outlook, LinkedIn), aren’t afraid of making cold calls (yes, we have realistic expectations, and will teach you what to say), and are thrilled by the prospect of helping amazing companies in healthcare make a high volume of hires.
