Mental Health Clinician

  • Compensation: $75k-$97k / yr
  • Required Qualifications:
  • City/State: San Francisco, CA

We are looking to bring a new Mental Health Clinician (ACSW/AMFT) to join one of our growing and passionate teams in San Francisco! We have 25 programs between two Bay Area counties, serving thousands of adolescents and their families.

Our organization has been serving the Bay Area since the mid 1800's. So, to say we know a thing or two about our community may be an understatement! Our program list is extensive but to give you an idea we have a non-public school educational/behavioral program, an FSP community-based program, crisis stabilization, outpatient, acute intensive services, and early intervention programs. A little something for every expertise, every clinician specialty, and room to grow for our new grads!

Speaking of growth, we have an incredibly supportive clinical management team, that provides years of experience beyond just the supervisory hours they sign off on. Our organization also believes work/life balance is vital to the success of clinicians working in this environment. We have a generous PTO/sick leave package... but we also offer our clinicians "not today... today I'm sleeping in and watching an entire Netflix series" days. To show up for your clients, we know you also need to show up for yourself!

If you're interested in learning more about our openings for associates in San Francisco, send your resume over, and we will reach out!
