In this role, you will ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial statements, including balance sheets, profit-and-loss statements, and cash flow schedules.

As a Staff Accountant, you will prepare, record, analyze, and report accounting transactions and demonstrate initiative in understanding process flows and controls. You will also protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential and providing backup support for payroll.

The ideal Staff Accountant candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 1-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the healthcare industry. Advanced Excel skills are required, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment is necessary.
