AMI Healthcare Staffing has a unique temporary position for a great company located in San Leandro, CA for an Accounting Assistant

 

 

What will make you successful

• Minimum two years college with courses relating to bookkeeping, accounting or finance.
• Minimum two years’ experience working with QuickBooks, spreadsheet, and word processing software.
• Experience with computerized information systems and other software programs
• Detailed orientated, quick thinker, payroll and invoices experiences, fast learner, flexible, timesheet entry, and ADP workforce.

 

Essential functions

• Maintain filing system for finance and accounting functions
• Prepare and submit report to EDD online reporting every 20 calendar days.
• Export and format fee for service checks to import into QuickBooks weekly.
• Generate, research, and update Stop Loss Patient reports for management review.
• Perform reconciliation of bank statements
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations spreadsheets and QuickBooks backups.
• Prepares, maintains and reviews purchasing files, and reports.

 

Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM

Full time: Monday- Friday

Duration: Temp - 2 -3 months- Possible direct hire after contract.

Pay: $25-$27/hr
