Due to such rapid growth, they are seeking to add an Account Manager to manage existing relationships and add new connections for a streamlined referrals process to the practice. An Account Manager will be responsible for the following:
Physician outreach and relationship development
Make regular contact (via in-person meetings, telephone, email, or other channels) with the existing network of referring physicians, office managers, coordinators, and other staff to build relationships necessary to drive referral patient volume
Develop and foster new relationships with prospective accounts
Report weekly on referral volume by channel, tracking activity and effectiveness of the outreach
Coordinate patient and prospective patient-facing events to drive brand awareness, including but not limited to in-house informational sessions, community events, events/conferences, etc.
Work closely with Marketing to develop collateral to support outreach
Bachelor's Degree or AA Degree would be considered depending on the overall experience
3+ years of healthcare or Biotech or DME, or Pharmaceutical sales experience; previous sales experience working with physicians is highly preferred
Experience working within Salesforce or other CRM platforms a plus
Access to a car daily, current insurance, and current driver's license is needed to travel in Santa Clara County daily
