As Program Manager, you’ll be responsible for providing clinical oversight and guidance to a small team of 3 clinicians and taking on an administrative role with billing and authorizations for 20-25 total IOP and OP clients.

 

Responsibilities:

• Oversees the development and implementation of the IOP and OP
• Meet with community partners to develop and grow IOP, OP, and PRP programs
• Provides group therapy as needed in the IOP
• Assigns caseloads to staff working in the IOP
• Obtain Maryland Medicaid (and other billable insurances) initial and concurrent authorizations for IOP and OP clients
• Submit billing for IOP and OP sessions on a weekly basis
• Ensures that charts for all clients in the programs meet standards

 

Qualifications:• LCSW-C or LCPC licensure required in the state of Maryland
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience working in an intensive outpatient, outpatient and/or psychiatric rehabilitative program or closely related field in an evidence-based environment
• Strong management and supervisory skills and experience; a facilitator skilled in leading conversations with disparate groups and voices who can inspire and influence
• Ability to provide visionary and strategic leadership and translate that vision into measurable strategies and concrete actions that advance the mission
