We're working closely with a mission oriented FQHC to find a Family Medicine Residency Program Director to join their team!
This non-profit has 5 locations around the Richmond/Berkley area and provides passionate medical care to the underserved community! Apart from their medical clinics, they have a street med team visiting homeless encampments and providing physical and mental care for these patients. They have a family-like, team oriented environment with excellent work-life balance (NO CALL) and a positive group that works towards one common goal!
They're needing a seasoned Family Medicine Physician with 3 or more years of clinical care to direct and lead the residency program! This program will have a max of 18 residents at a time. This program has been in place for nearly 3 years with the first graduating class to come this June! Teaching experience is not a requirement but motivation to learn and help new residents provide the best care possible is!
