Paycom Software Implementation Specialist

AMI Healthcare Staffing, part of AMI Network, is seeking an experienced Paycom Software Implementation Specialist to assist a local healthcare organization during their conversion to Paycom from another ATS with a whole build-out, HR process built out, onboarding, etc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR software implementation and a thorough understanding of Paycom's capabilities.


  • Conduct a needs analysis to determine client requirements for the software implementation
  • Assist in the configuration of the software to meet the client's specific needs
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations during the implementation process
  • Provide ongoing support to the client after the implementation to ensure the software is functioning correctly and the client's needs are being met
  • Collaborate with the client's HR team to ensure the software is integrated with their current HR processes and systems
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users of the software, including HR staff and managers
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to the software implementation and its ongoing use
  • Continuously monitor the software for updates and improvements, and communicate these to the client as appropriate


  • 1+ years of experience in Paycom HR software implementation
  • In-depth knowledge of Paycom software and its capabilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct one-on-one and group trainings
  • Experience with data privacy and security regulations
  • Must commit to at least a 3-month contract on-site in Oakland, CA. Might be possible to work 1-2 days as needed from home. The client might be open to a candidate that is willing to fly in/drive in weekly as well with some accommodations outside of the area.
