We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated ABA Behavioral Health Technician to join our team! In this position as a ABA Behavioral Health Technician, you will work directly with our clients to implement their individualized ABA therapy program. You will be responsible for building and maintaining rapport, keeping up to date on programming goals, and implementing appropriate changes when directed by the BCBA for this child.
As an ABA Behavioral Health Technician, you will provide direct ABA therapy to our clients, take data on each skill, and complete program sheets for skills taught daily. You will work closely with parents and other therapists/lead therapists/BCBA on issues, concerns, and progress, and communicate effectively with them to ensure the best outcomes for our clients. You will also have the opportunity to engage in ongoing staff training as requested by the BCBA to continually enhance your skills.

This role as a ABA Behavioral Health Technician will start as a 3-6 months Contract to Hire Non-Benefited role through AMI Healthcare Staffing, a division of AMI Network. Benefits are offered upon permanent hire.
