I'm partnered with a passionate FQHC in San Francisco to find a Full Time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide exceptional care to patients in the Outpatient Primary Care Clinic!

This organization has been providing outstanding services to the underserved community in San Francisco for the past 70 years. This team truly cares for their local community and strives to make a difference in the lives of their clients and their employees! They're involved in community volunteer work and fundraising events! The admin here are passionate about making sure their employees are well cared for (they even have an employee cabin to utilize and a pre-tax savings account to use for commuting expenses!). This team is all about the mission and they're looking for someone with a heart of passion to join the call!

You'll be providing mission-focused outpatient Primary Care to a range of patients within this demographic including women's care and some pediatrics! You'll have other clinicians (MD's and NP's) on site working to support you as you grow your patient load!

Deets:

  • Monday through Friday 8-4:30pm (No weekends/No Call!)
  • Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, vacation (4 weeks by the 5th year) and sick days, paid holidays, credit union for employees, employee cabin, 403B plan (5% employer contribution after 1 year), and continuing education funds!
  • Salaried Role-Depending on Experience
  • Caseload ~10 per day (you'll be able to focus on quality of care, not quantity ;)
  • 100% Outpatient at one location
  • Support with other providers on-site but autonomy to independently care for your caseload!
