What we do.

AMI Network is a full-service healthcare recruitment firm with 3 top-notch service lines: direct hire, temporary staffing, and customized, high-volume recruitment (RPO). Since 2010 we’ve helped 100+ companies across the healthcare space hire hundreds of employees, and our clients range from fortune 500 Hospital Systems to innovative start-up Health Plans! We have a ridiculously talented business development team, and we've recently been turning away searches because our recruiters are at capacity with job reqs. A good problem to have, but a problem nonetheless!

The Program

This is a 12-week program designed to introduce you to recruitment at AMI Network and give you further insight into our organization.

  • Commitment: Mandatory 90-minute Sessions every Friday (DATES & TIME TBD)

  • Weekly homework assignments (expect these to take between 45 minutes to an hour each week)

  • Optional: Skill building workshops with AMI Recruitment Team – First 3 Tuesdays of the month

  • What you’ll get out of this program: basic training on recruitment processes (the business cycle, building written content, vetting candidates, recruitment calls) and exposure to AMI’s 3 Service Lines (Permanent Placement, Temporary Staffing, Recruitment Process Outsourcing)

There is the potential to become a full-time AMI Recruiter at the end of this internship program based on our hiring needs and if we feel you’d be a great match with our team culture. However, if it doesn’t pan out – this internship program is still a great resume builder and opportunity to learn vital recruitment skills that will help you land your ideal job!

The Team.

We are a young, close-knit team of 25 that's more than doubled in size over the past 24 months. We are driven to help people, love travel, are financially motivated, enjoy podcasts & personal development books, enjoy doing karaoke (poorly), and most of us are avid adventurers and frequently bond over outdoors activities like snowboarding, soccer, craft beers, whiskey & wine, hiking, etc. We have a healthy obsession with technology, and pride ourselves on using innovative tools and processes to attract candidates nobody else is.

***Who you are.

You could be fresh out of college or looking to make a career change. We are looking for individuals with a willingness to learn, that are driven by making big wins, and are excited about recruitment & talent acquisition.

*If you're looking for a career in Human Resources, this is not for you. That might sound weird, but working for a search firm is much closer to sales than HR in that you're actively pursuing and attracting candidates. If that's you, you'll feel at home as an internal recruiter instead :-)

**If this sounds like your cup of tea, send your resume to Nicole at aminetwork.com with a blurb about why you think this internship program is a good fit, what's an area of your life personally or professionally you're looking to improve. A creative subject line will get you extra credit, and for more bonus points we'd love to hear an interesting fact about yourself!
