We’re partnered with an innovative organization in Oakland to find a Full-Time Forensic Psychiatrist!

 

This group is committed to growing a community-based program to support adults with mental health challenges to successfully integrate into the community after a long-term stay with a mental health facility.

 

They’re looking for a dedicated Psychiatrist with a heart to serve to provide quality care to these members, ensuring that they’re on the road to success and preventing rehospitalization.

 

Details below:

• Generous Hourly (~$200/hr = $416,000/yr) with full benefits

• $5,000 sign-on bonus!

• On-Site- Oakland

• M-F 8am-5pm

 

Responsibilities:

• The Psychiatrist provides direct medical treatment to members served within the scope of his/her licensure in the State.
• The Psychiatrist participates in the leadership of the program by participating and communicating with Program staff and members served.
• The Psychiatrist participates in the leadership of the program by ensuring superior quality medical practices that meet and exceed licensure requirements, payer standards and client and community needs.

Qualifications:

• MD/DO
• Completion of Residency in Psychiatry
• Active DEA
