Our outpatient clinic in sunny San Diego is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our welcoming and positive work environment. Our team is filled with heart and passion, and we'd love to have someone like-minded to join us!

As a part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to prescribe psychotropic meds under physician guidance, complete screenings, diagnosis, and treatments for adult mental health and substance abuse patients. But don't worry, with a low caseload of only 6-10 patients per day, you'll have plenty of time to connect with each patient and provide the best care possible. Plus, we value our employees' wellness and provide an hour-long lunch break each day (naps are encouraged ????).

Responsibilities:

The NP or PA will provide outpatient psychiatric and behavioral health services to individuals ages 18+ with severe mental illnesses (SMI), including co-occurring disorders (COD).

Qualifications:

CA NP or PA license
1-2 years of experience as a provider in Mental Health, Substance Abuse or similar
