In this position, you'll work for one of the Bay Area’s leading Non-profit PACE Providers. If you’re unfamiliar with PACE, it’s a Medicare & Medicaid-funded program that provides various free services to underserved seniors, including Skilled Nursing, Home Health, Primary Care, Care Management, and Behavioral health, and that’s just the tip of the iceberg.

The program is growing, and the clinical staff needs guidance! You’ll have a BIG impact on the care these seniors receive by Developing and Facilitating cutting-edge and clinical training.

Registered Nurse Educator Perks:

Clinical Educator Responsibilities:

• Create and design training programs for various departments (i.e., Home Health Aid senior care)
• Use innovative techniques to make training materials engaging and memorable.
• Ensure training programs cover all necessary content.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their training needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience developing clinical training curriculum.
• A creative mind with a passion for creating engaging training programs.
• California RN license, BLS-required.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Speaks English & Cantonese or Spanish is a plus but not required.
