Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

 

A local San Francisco Non-Profit Healthcare organization providing mental health care, social services, and academic support for children and youth is seeking an Administrative Coordinator .

 

Direct hire, permanent position accepting candidates immediately for next week's interviews.

 

Job Type: Full-time (40 hours) non-exempt position, Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm

 

Salary: Hourly rate of $23.50-$25.00, $27.50 with language differential

Job Description:

  • Provides administrative support to the Admissions Department for Intensive Services
  • Performs program tasks including chart maintenance, data entry, document creation and tracking, and electronic file organization.
  • Reaches out to referral sources to give status reports on referrals made to Edgewood
  • Gathers referral information about potential clients and distributes it to the AIS and NPS teams
  • Provides coverage of the reception desk as needed.
  • Collects copays and deductibles from clients as needed and partners with the finance team as needed
  • Updates roster and business measures report daily
  • Tracks departmental data as needed
  • Attends meetings as assigned
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Applied Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge and experience in data entry and using all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to get along with a variety of people.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school graduate or GED equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service skills
