RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Be the face of our office and warmly welcome all patients
Provide clear and concise information about recommended treatments
Work collaboratively with our team to ensure the best possible patient experience
Keep track of case progress and follow up with other departments as needed
Manage patient records in our all-electronic medical records system
Engage with patients in a professional and friendly manner
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent in both Spanish and English
High School Diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
1-2 years of healthcare experience preferred
Strong organizational skills with a high level of accountability and initiative
Excellent phone communication skills and etiquette
Highly effective interpersonal and verbal skills required
Must be a team player with a positive attitude
