We’re partnered with a Community Clinic in Los Angeles to find a Part-Time General Ophthalmologist.

This clinic has been providing exceptional care to the underserved population of Los Angeles for over 15 years. They’re growing and in need of supplemental providers! The owners of this organization are healthcare providers themselves and know a thing about quality care and the importance of offering specialists in a primary care setting.

This role will include seeing a variety of patients with an emphasis on cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic eye exams, and macular degeneration and will require a candidate versed in Cataract surgery.

Your schedule would require 1-2 days on site in downtown Los Angeles and would boast competitive hourly pay. With a flexible schedule, and full support for your practice this is an easy opportunity to add extra money to your bottom line.

Requirements of the Opthalmologist:

  1. Medical Degree and License: Require a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school. The candidate must hold a valid and unrestricted medical license to practice ophthalmology.

  2. Board Certification: Prefer candidates who are board-certified or board-eligible in ophthalmology. Board certification indicates that the candidate has completed specialized training and passed rigorous examinations in their field.

  3. Experience with surgical procedures (cataracts).
