As Nurse Manager, you’ll oversee 4 direct reports and support a team of nurses, ensuring smooth operations, conducting audits, and training new staff members. Working closely with our Health Center Director and physicians, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care to a diverse patient population.

Key details about this role:

• Supervisory Focus: Approximately 75-80% of your responsibilities will involve managerial and administrative tasks, while the remaining 25% will allow you to engage directly with patients, as needed.

• Patient Volume: This health center has 6 active physicians who collectively see around 120 patients/day, with an average of 20 patients/physician.

• Reports to: You will report to the Chief Medical Officer and lead physician. This CMO is known for her kind and understanding nature, her commitment to training clinical staff, and her team-player attitude. She is always there to support and guide the clinical team!
