PACE Physician

  • Compensation: $204,000 - $224,000
  • Required Qualifications:
  • City/State: Lowell, MA

I’m working with a large non-profit in Lowell, MA to find a Full-time physician to join their PACE Program!

This organization is passionate about geriatric care and has over 350 employees. You’ll work closely with an interdisciplinary team of nurses, dieticians, social workers, and therapists to deliver passionate and quality geriatric care within this diverse community.

As a PACE physician, you’ll have a relaxed schedule with only 10-15 patients per day and a stop time at 4pm (want to be home for dinner and afterschool activities? This is your chance!).

After a morning meeting you’ll see patients in the day center and then use your afternoon for admin time and rounding in SNF’s or homes as needed.

You’ll have plenty of time to deliver excellent care and not feel rushed and overwhelmed in your day-to-day work.

Aside from the perks of the schedule, you’ll have excellent benefits boasting full medical/dental and vision starting day 1, plus 4 weeks of PTO, 2 weeks of sick time, 1 personal day, 11 paid holidays, a 403b, paid malpractice insurance and reimbursement for licensing fees. That adds up to over 2 months of paid time off per year!

With a competitive salary commensurate with your training and years of experience, you’ll be set in this position and can feel secure with your future.

I would be happy to answer any questions and give you more details about the role.

Click “Apply” and I’ll reach out to schedule a time to connect.
