Medical Receptionist

  • Compensation: $19.00 per hour
  • Required Qualifications:
  • City/State: Hollywood, CA

The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for greeting patients and visitors, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Tagalog or Cambodian, and be eager to learn and grow.

Schedule: Monday -Friday 8 am- 5 pm

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate person
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
  • Provide general administrative support, such as filing, copying, and data entry
  • Assist with patient check-in and check-out
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Tagalog or Cambodian
  • Excellent soft skills, including communication, customer service, and teamwork
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Flexible and willing to learn new things
