RN Case Manager (Spanish-speaking)

Job Title: RN Case Manager

Job Type: Temp, 4-6 months

Pay: $40-45 an hour

Location: Wilmington, CA

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm

Summary:

Are you a Registered Nurse who's looking for a temporary case management gig that's both rewarding and amazing? Then you need to check out this position! We're looking for someone to support our nonprofit client who's passionate about healthcare and loves making people laugh. No experience is required, but we prefer someone with case management experience. You also need to be fluent in Spanish!

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient needs and develop care plans
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare providers
  • Facilitate communication between patients, families, and providers
  • Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to care plans as needed
  • Advocate for patients and their rights
  • Utilize EPIC EMR

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse license
  • One year of experience in case management (preferred but not required!)
  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Familiarity with the EPIC EMR system (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
