Job Summary
We are looking for an amazing Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW to join our team! You will provide direct behavioral health treatment services, conduct assessments, consultations, and crisis interventions.
In this role, you will:
Provide culturally proficient behavioral health treatment services to individuals with a wide range of psychological conditions.
Conduct comprehensive clinical intakes and behavioral health assessments.
Provide case management and facilitate referrals to urgent or emergency services.
Develop and regularly review service plans for clients.
Accurately document and track service activities.
Ensure compliance with organizational, legal, ethical, and professional standards.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work.
Current unrestricted clinical social work license in California.
Thorough knowledge of culturally sensitive therapeutic principles and practices
Ability to work independently, handle crisis situations, and collaborate effectively within a team.
Strong background in trauma and alcohol/substance use treatment.
Ability to work empathetically with diverse cultural backgrounds and vulnerable populations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and efficient documentation in electronic health record systems.
Pass character and background checks.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Fluency in Spanish language (preferred but not required)
Specialized training and experience in integrating behavioral health assessment with primary care services.
Knowledge of the Bay Area Native American community, tribal beliefs/practices, and commitment to serving Native Americans and other vulnerable populations.
Knowledge of Case Management, Managed Care, Medicare, Medi-Cal, Senior, Commercial, and HMO insurance regulations.
