Location: Laguna Beach, California (close to the beautiful beach!)
Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
Job Description:
Assisting the medical team in delivering top-notch patient care
Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth clinic operations and patient satisfaction.
Utilizing excellent organizational skills to manage patient appointments, files, and medical records.
Providing exceptional patient support and guidance during check-in, examinations, and follow-up visits.
Facilitating open communication between patients, medical staff, and physicians to ensure effective care coordination.
Qualifications:
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential
Fluency in Spanish is a desirable plus.
Energetic, positive, and possessing a Kevin Hart-like sense of humor.
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
