This organization has a long-standing tradition of excellence in delivering healthcare services to those in need, and now, is expanding to provide mission-focused care through a Mobile Crisis Unit!
As a Full-Time NP or PA, you will be a vital part of our Mobile Crisis Unit, which is dedicated to providing essential services to families at domestic violence shelters. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality care to women and children residing at the shelter, ensuring they receive the support they need during difficult times.
Your daily schedule will include visiting one shelter with your mobile team before lunch, and a different one after lunch. Each week you’ll rotate to visit handful of different shelters.
You can expect to provide care from women’s health services like paps and birth control, to minor wound care and acute sick visits. You’ll work closely with your support staff on the van and can expect to see around 8-10 patients per day.
With no call and no weekends and a M-F schedule that’s outside of the 4 walls of a clinic, this is a unique and exciting chance to diversify your experience!
