We're partnered with an "FQHC look-alike" in Rancho Cucamonga to find a Family Medicine Physician to join the team!

As an FQHC look-alike this vibrant clinic boasts all of the benefits of an FQHC (Yes, including loan forgiveness) without the official designation just yet.

This non-profit is headed by a passionate physician CEO and is focused on providing a fun and positive work-environment to their physicians. With over 5 locations currently and growing, this multi-specialty practice provides you the support you need to succeed including your own MA, referral coordinator, and NP's and PA's.

Day to Day Details for the Family Medicine Physician:

• 5 days per week OR 3 days per week (will consider part-time)
• No call, no weekends, no holidays
• 8am to 5pm with a break from 12pm-2pm for lunch and admin
• ~15 patients per day (they do not support the hustle culture)
• Family Practice but will consider Internal Med as well (there is a Pediatrician on staff)
• A fantastic team of 4-5 providers with on-site pharmacy in the Chino location.
• Option to work at their Chino, Montclair, or Rancho Cucamonga locations.
• ~$240,000-$250,000+ per year depending on experience
• Full benefits plus paid malpractice insurance and license renewals.
