Licensed Administrator Role: Lead day-to-day program operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and collaboration with corporate departments, community partners, and agencies.

ARISE Program: In Sacramento, our Community-Based Program serves about 200 adult residents diagnosed with serious mental illnesses. We prevent homelessness, criminal involvement, and involuntary psychiatric situations.
EMPOWER Forensic FSP Program: In Sacramento County, this program aids up to 40 individuals with severe mental illness and justice involvement through case management, therapy, and medication support.
Strategic Partnership: Teaming up with Sacramento County Public Defender's Office, we contribute to the Department State Hospital Mental Health Diversion (DSH MHD) grant, delivering forensic mental health services to individuals facing felony charges.

Administrator's Impact:

Maintain optimal staffing, including recruitment and disciplinary actions
Manage program budget within allocated parameters
Provide Clinical supervision as needed
Practice psychotherapy for assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
Qualifications:
Masters in Social Services with state license
Four (4) years administrative management experience in healthcare
Two (2) years of responsibility for staff supervision, budgeting, program planning, and licensing
