Remote in GA only* Therapist - Must be licensed in NC *

We are seeking a Therapist (Remote) to join our team! You will provide recovery-oriented rehabilitation services in group or individual settings.

You must be available to start working remotely next week Monday to Saturday-see hours available below.

MUST RESIDE IN GA.

MUST have a minimum of AMFT, ideally LMFT, or LCSW current with the state of North Carolina.

*no supervised hours can be provided for any AMFT, ACSW*

Therapist Job Responsibilities:

  • Establishes positive, trusting rapport with patients.
  • Diagnoses and treats mental health disorders.
  • Creates individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances.
  • Meets with patients regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Conducts ongoing assessments of patient progress.
  • Maintains thorough records of patient meetings and progress.
  • Follows all safety protocols and maintains client confidentiality.
  • Contributes to practice by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Therapist Qualifications/Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to communicate with compassion and empathy
  • Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks

Therapist must have a minimum of AMFT, ideally LMFT, or LCSW current with the state of North Carolina and reside in Georgia!

Minimum 1-year clinical experience in AOD treatment and proficiency in documentation

Knowledge of KIPU is preferred but not required

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field

Current with all state licensing or registration requirements, including LMFT/AMFT, LCSW/ACSW, or LPCC/APCC

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $28.46 - $34.27 per hour
