AMI Network is partnered with a growing, world-class, Residential Treatment Center searching for a passionate Clinical Director to join their team (full-time) at a beautiful facility in New York!

The Clinical Director will provide leadership to a small staff and oversee daily operations to ensure quality of care for clients overcoming eating addictions. The ideal candidate will have a background as a Licensed Therapist, and have experience managing an addiction treatment program / facility.

Although affordable; this program offers a premium service, top-notch facilities/programs/staff, and is located in a tranquil part of New York with amazing views of the the Hudson River.

Job Description:

• Responsible for the provision of appropriate services for all clients.
• Develop, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of the clinical program
• Develop program policies and procedures.
• Supervise treatment team i.e., therapists, counselors, group leaders, psychiatrists, and contractors.
• Ensure referral sources, parents, and payers updated weekly.
• Responsible for overseeing the timely completion of all clinical paperwork, i.e., psychosocial, assessments, treatment plans, treatment plan updates, and discharge plans.
• Ensure accurate record keeping, (i.e., group attendance logs, progress notes.)
• Review client's records for quality of treatment documentation and planning.
• Intervene as needed, clinically with clients (crises, crisis intervention, special needs, etc.)
• Oversee hiring, training and performance evaluations of all new staff.
• Provide clinical training, in-services, and staff development activities.

Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctorate in Counseling / Therapy / Psychology or a related field
• Licensed Therapist in NY
• 2+ years in a clinical leadership role within residential treatment is preferred
