We are seeking a qualified and experienced Triage RN for a temp to hire or direct hire role, manage the flow of triage operations within our organization. The Triage Unit RN plays a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the triage process, adhering to our policies and procedures.


  • Conduct phone and face-to-face patient assessments as part of the triage process, recognizing urgent care needs, and documenting accurately.
  • Facilitate patient flow within the healthcare facility, ensuring efficient patient care delivery.
  • Ensure the appropriate utilization of medical supplies and equipment for patient care.
  • Communicate changes and improvement opportunities to the healthcare team, ensuring clear and effective dissemination of information.
  • Maintain a patient-centric approach, ensuring that patient care is efficient, effective, and compassionate.
  • Respond to emergencies promptly and effectively, demonstrating sound judgment and clinical expertise.
  • Stay up-to-date with current medical practices, regulations, and standards to provide safe and effective patient care.
  • Promote a professional and confidential patient care environment, upholding the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by actively participating in team meetings and discussions.

  • Current RN license in the State of California.
  • Two years of experience as a registered nurse
  • Recent experience in a clinic or outpatient setting.
  • BLS certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred.)
  • Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: Thai, Khmer, Tagalog, Vietnamese, or Spanish. (preferred)
