Essential Responsibilities:
You'll steer the ship of 24-hour departments across various spots, making sure our Assistants and team members are on their A-game, following the Nursing Practice Act, The Joint Commission, and all those other important letters.
Dive into the creative zone to set up and keep an eye on patient care and service standards. We want our members and our inside team to be smiling ear-to-ear.
We're not just about numbers – you'll help tweak processes to make sure our patient care is smoother than a summer breeze.
Get your hiring hat on! You'll figure out who fits where and make sure they're ready to rock. And don't worry, we'll help them keep growing too.
Be the resolver of things that go bump in the workday – from HR puzzles to safety questions and all the "what ifs" in between.
You're the rule maker – make sure everyone is on the same page and that our playbook keeps us moving toward our goals.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience: Bring 5 years of clinical nursing experience to the table, along with 3 years of leadership. Show us you've got the skills!
Education: You've got the degree – a Bachelor's in Nursing or a Master's through a direct-entry MSN program.
License, Certification, Registration: We need your California RN License and Basic Life Support skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
We're all about leaders, so if you've got two years of management under your belt, even better!
Magnet/shared governance experience? Managing in a bargaining environment? All pluses.
And if you've got a Master's degree, that's music to our ears!
