We are on the lookout for a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our client's dynamic outpatient clinic in Parker, Arizona. Job Snapshot:

  • Patients are scheduled for 1-on-1 sessions on a generous 45-minute timeframe.
  • Our Physical Therapists are dedicated to delivering the highest quality of care, focusing on optimizing clinical outcomes.
  • Experience in outpatient orthopedics physical therapy is preferred, but we also welcome applicants with relevant clinical rotations.
  • Your role as a Physical Therapist involves evaluating patients' case history, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions to determine their potential for rehabilitation.
  • You'll establish and administer treatment programs with specific goals defined by the patient's capacity and tolerance, all in accordance with physician orders.
  • Education is a key aspect of your role, as you'll empower patients, document their condition, and provide ongoing updates on their progress.
  • You'll also have the opportunity to supervise a physical therapy assistant/aide.

Requirements:

  • A graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program is a must.
  • You should hold a current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or be actively in the application process.
  • CPR certification is also necessary.
