Imagine a place where individuals and families are supported with care and innovation, a place that has been dedicated to uplifting the community for over a hundred years. We are a nonsectarian, nonprofit organization committed to making a difference in the lives of San Francisco's low-income families, children, the elderly, and individuals with disabilities. Our mission is to strengthen families by providing effective and compassionate social services.
Our Children, Youth, and Family Division (CYFTAY) cater to the diverse needs of our community, offering services to infants, toddlers, preschool children, youth, pregnant/parenting teens, and families facing various challenges.
We believe in a multidisciplinary approach, offering programs such as Early Care and Education, Early Intervention, Family Support, Mental Health Services, Health, Nutrition, Wellness, and Parenting Education.
Welcome to the Full Circle Family Program, where we provide outpatient mental-health services for multicultural, low-income children aged 4-18 and their families in San Francisco's vibrant districts.
Our Program is an innovative, family-focused program that uses evidence-based practices to empower youth within the context of their families. We honor family strengths, work collaboratively on solutions, and provide effective support where it matters most.
As a Program Director within the Children, Youth, and Family Division, you'll play a vital role in managing behavioral health care services. Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, you'll lead with a multidisciplinary approach, ensuring optimum outcomes in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health clients. Your responsibilities will include overseeing clinical services, implementing quality measures, and fostering a high-performance, productive program.
If you're a catalyst with a vision, passionate about program quality and excellence, and dedicated to making a positive impact in our community, we invite you to join us on this rewarding journey.
