Our Children, Youth, and Family Division (CYFTAY) cater to the diverse needs of our community, offering services to infants, toddlers, preschool children, youth, pregnant/parenting teens, and families facing various challenges.

We believe in a multidisciplinary approach, offering programs such as Early Care and Education, Early Intervention, Family Support, Mental Health Services, Health, Nutrition, Wellness, and Parenting Education.

Program Overview:

Welcome to the Full Circle Family Program, where we provide outpatient mental-health services for multicultural, low-income children aged 4-18 and their families in San Francisco's vibrant districts.

Our Program is an innovative, family-focused program that uses evidence-based practices to empower youth within the context of their families. We honor family strengths, work collaboratively on solutions, and provide effective support where it matters most.

Position Summary:

As a Program Director within the Children, Youth, and Family Division, you'll play a vital role in managing behavioral health care services. Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, you'll lead with a multidisciplinary approach, ensuring optimum outcomes in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health clients. Your responsibilities will include overseeing clinical services, implementing quality measures, and fostering a high-performance, productive program.

Your Impact:

  • Provide oversight in the delivery of behavioral and mental health services across various programs.
  • Ensure compliance and quality assurance in mental health service delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and train staff in necessary protocols and clinical interventions.
  • Directly supervise and support behavioral/mental health staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, represent the organization, and contribute to program expansion projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.
  • License in LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psy.D./Ph.D.
  • Three years of prior experience in administration and coordination of mental health or counseling services programs.
  • Knowledge of San Francisco Community Behavioral Health Services and community resources.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Commitment to social justice, empowerment of families, and support for diversity.
