• Work a hybrid schedule that fits your needs (want to stay home in your pj's 3 days per week?)
• Report directly to the CMO as you take over QI/QA duties for the FQHC
• Prepare UDS reports, knock audits out of the park and maintain exceptional ratings with reporting agencies
• Have a deep understanding of both FQHC requirements and Epic EMR

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related field required. Master's or higher preferred.
• NCQA PCMH Content Expert Certification preferred.
• Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) preferred.
• Certified in Epic preferred.
• Strong background in FQHC setting.
• 5 years of Quality related experience in healthcare.
