We're partnered with a growing multi-specialty outpatient clinic in Lancaster, CA to find a Primary Care Physician to join the team! You can choose a full-time or part-time schedule and work 100% outpatient with no hospital or call required.

Details:

• Multi-Specialty Medical Group- big enough for excellent benefits, small enough you can still have a chat over coffee with your CEO
• Work in a “Pod” with another physician, midlevel, pharmacist, LVN, and MA
• 15-16 patients per day
• Opportunity for Urgent Care work
• No Call required

Physician Pay Structure:

• Up to$300,000 per year base salary
• 10% annual performance bonus
