I'm partnered with the fastest-growing PACE organization in California to find their next Director of Sales & Enrollment in San Jose.

This organization is focused on driving coordinated, value-based care to medically frail seniors. Their goal is to provide seniors with a variety of care to help them continue to live at home in the best possible health and reduce hospital admissions.

This equity-backed organization is a rocket ship that’s expanded to 5 locations across CA in under 5 years and plans to become a national powerhouse while 2x its footprint in the next year!

As the Sales & Enrollment Director, you will be responsible for 8 direct reports: 4 outreach/sales specialists and 4 enrollment specialists - this a strong, fully staffed team where your focus will be on performance management - with a target of adding 20 enrollments/month.

Sales & Enrollment Director Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the marketing, outreach, & enrollment annual plan to achieve goals; Meet gross and net census growth goals
  • Direct and coordinate all intake and enrollment activities and processes, including identifying and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and conversion.
  • Manage 5 direct reports including hiring, training, supervising, and mentoring
  • Track, manage and report on team performance including meeting/exceeding goals for leads, home visits, enrollments, and eligibility status
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with DHCS to ensure seamless enrollment workflow, adhere to deadlines and ensure compliance with DHCS and CMS guidelines

Sales & Enrollment Director Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of supervisory experience with at least 2 years running an outside sales team (healthcare sales/growth/enrollment)
  • Demonstrated performance management and inspiring a culturally and professionally diverse sales/outreach team
