Are you a caring and committed Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) ready to bring a positive vibe to the lives of individuals, families, and groups?

We're looking for an energetic LCSW/LMFT to join our team and provide mental health and psychosocial services that connect with people from all walks of life.

As a crucial part of our team, here's what you'll be up to:

Checking In on People's Whole Picture: Dive into biopsychosocial evaluations to understand what's going on with people's health, mind, emotions, social life, and spirit.

Using Proven Approaches: Apply tools and methods that have proven to work well to figure out what's going on, diagnose issues, and come up with personalized plans within a month of meeting someone.

Tailoring Personal Plans: Create custom care plans that tackle individual needs in clear and measurable ways, giving everyone a unique roadmap for improvement.

Keeping the Help Flowing: Offer ongoing treatment services, keep an eye on progress, suggest more help if needed, adjust things as necessary, and wrap up when it's the right time.

Being the Guide in Therapy: Lead individual, group, and couple therapy sessions using approaches that are known to work based on your training and expertise.

Teamwork and Coordination: Work closely with medical teams to blend physical and behavioral health services seamlessly. Involve family and friends to get their support in helping patients.

Dealing with Emergencies and Organizing Support: Be there in tough times for crisis evaluations, manage cases with care, and link people up with the right community resources or emergency help when needed.

Paperwork with a Purpose: Use organized tools to finish and write down assessments, care plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries within set deadlines.

Keeping Secrets Safe: Make sure people's private info stays private, sticking to the highest ethical standards.

Learning and Growing: Stay in the loop with what's new in behavioral health methods and practices.

Making a Positive Space: Create a friendly, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for everyone involved—patients, colleagues, partners, and the community.

Your Must-Haves:

  • A Master’s degree from a MSW or MFT Program
  • An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker certification in California.
  • Some solid experience working in community health or mental health.

If you're all about making a real difference in people's lives and thrive in a supportive team, don't miss out—apply now and be part of our crew. Let’s team up to bring positivity and better mental health to the forefront. Your chance to shine and make a big impact is right here!
