As the Development and Communications Manager (DCM), you will collaborate closely with their highly engaged Executive Director to foster and maintain relationships with major donors. You will be managing all major donor relationships, creating, and executing annual and multi-year major gift plans, and actively engaging in relationship-building events to meet fundraising goals. This role requires 3-5 years of fundraising experience, specifically encompassing special events, individual and corporate giving.
