PACE Physician

  • Compensation: $204,000.00 - $224,000.00 per year

I’m working with a large non-profit in Lowell, MA to find a Physician to join their PACE Program!

This organization is passionate about geriatric care! With over 350 employees, you’ll work closely with an interdisciplinary team of nurses, dieticians, social workers, and therapists to deliver passionate and quality geriatric care.

As a PACE physician, you’ll have a relaxed schedule with only 10-15 patients per day and a stop time at 4pm (want to be home for dinner and afterschool activities? This is your chance!).

Part-Time candidates will be considered also.

You’ll have plenty of time to deliver excellent care and not feel rushed and overwhelmed in your day-to-day work!

Aside from the perks of the schedule, you’ll have excellent benefits boasting:

  • full medical/dental and vision starting day 1
  • 4 weeks of PTO
  • 2 weeks of sick time
  • 1 personal day
  • 11 paid holidays
  • 403b
