In the role as a Medical Director, your focus will be Utilization Management, working alongside Case Managers and the Quality department to review documentation, oversee and approve care plans, work through grievances and denials, and build strong relationships with contracted physicians. This is a 100% administrative position with no clinical requirements.

Details of the role:

• M-F (no weekend or call required)
• On-site 
• Work with a team of 3-5 Medical Directors
• Preferred Family or Internal Med Specialty
• 5+ years of clinical experience preferred

Passion and a willingness to learn trump UM experience (this can easily be taught, but a great personality can't!).
