Position Summary:
One of our top nonprofit clients in Pheonix is looking for several Front Desk Receptionists for support! Choose between their West Valley, Central Valley, and Golden Gate locations.
As the initial point of contact for the healthcare center, this role is essential in ensuring a positive patient experience. Responsibilities include welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, and managing administrative tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet patients and provide service information.
Schedule appointments and assist walk-in patients.
Answer calls and direct inquiries.
Register patients and maintain documentation.
Verify insurance coverage and collect payments.
Collaborate with healthcare staff for efficient patient flow.
Manage patient records and follow up on appointments.
Communicate patient concerns to management.
Assist with electronic medical records and document handling.
Perform additional tasks as directed by the Operations Manager.

Qualifications:
Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; or relevant experience/training; or a combination of both. Proficiency in electronic medical records, preferably eClinicalWorks.
Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred but not required!
Mathematical Ability: Basic math skills.
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and MS Office 365.
Certificates and Licenses: CPR with basic life support card, Fingerprint clearance card.
