Job Title: Staff Accountant

Summary:

Are you a down to earth, hardworking, and detail-oriented accountant who loves to keep things organized? If so, then you might be the perfect fit for our Staff Accountant position with our healthcare client in Temecula, CA!

In this role, you'll be responsible for performing a variety of accounting tasks, including preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and supporting the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll departments. You'll also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to meet tight deadlines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.
• Reconcile accounts, such as the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Support the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll departments.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Meet tight deadlines.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Sense of humor.
