Concierge medicine works to bring top-of-class physicians out of the exhausting hamster wheel of a typical Primary Care practice. With concierge medicine you’ll be in charge of your schedule, have immense time for research, and get to know your low patient load inside and out.
You’ll go from a full day of seeing patients in the office and playing catch-up on charting during your personal time to seeing an average of only 2 patients per day and spending the rest of your hours improving your practice and collaborating with specialists to ensure your patients receive the highest level of care possible.
You won’t have to worry about clinical admin tasks or billing insurance companies, all admin tasks are taken care of so you can focus on what you were meant to: building rapport and caring for your patients.
This small group of physicians based in Menlo Park has been around for almost a decade and we’re looking to add one more player to the game. You can expect a ramp-up of patients, so you’ll have time to get to know your panel when you get started with us. Most of our patients are middle aged, healthy individuals looking for the best Primary Care program in Northern California.
Wait, does this mean I’m on call 24/7!? No- most of our patients are busy with their careers too! You can expect an afterhours request for a refill on occasion, or a “middle of the night” emergency once every couple of years. Patients are interviewed before acceptance into the program and can be dismissed at the provider’s discretion.
We’re a tight-knit team passionate about getting medicine back to what it needs to be while also giving back to the community. We find volunteering our services as a team rewarding and, unlike other full time jobs, we still have time leftover for personal endeavors like our families and hobbies.

Base pay starts at $350,000 year 1 and will increase to $750,000 by year 4. Pay is not based on patient load and so you’re guaranteed your pay even if you see 1-2 patients per day.
Full benefits are included (medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO/Vacation days, holidays off, CME time/allowance, and paid licensure and malpractice insurance).
