I’m partnered with a rapidly growing group of 4 residential mental health treatment centers for teenagers around Santa Clarita to help them find a stellar Full-Time Therapist! Must be Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

This program harbors an impressive balance of structure, creativity, and fun! Here they utilize traditional methods of treatment while integrating out of the box means to produce long-lasting success for their patients. The sky is the limit is the mantra for this warm, heart driven program: Art, Surfing, frequent excursions, and more! As a high-level Clinician on-site, you’ll collaborate with a passionate team of 7 at one residential 4-bed center. The clientele has a range of diagnoses including substance abuse, mood disorders, trauma, anxiety, and depression. It serves a variety of clientele from LGBTQ and transgender patients and a care for a variety of socio-economic strata from middle-income to A-listers.

As a Primary Therapist, you will have a caseload of 3 patients, and interface with patients one-on-one three hours a day. The average length of stay is fifty-eight days and, accordingly, there is a robust aftercare treatment plan and an alumni program, you are afforded the space to be involved with your patients’ health for the rest of their lives. Responsibilities

• Develops realistic and measurable objectives for patients.
• Attends, participates, leads and/or facilitates routinely scheduled meetings as requested or required for the program, division, or Agency.
• Interfaces with related community agencies, attends meetings as scheduled and/ or needed
• Efficiently utilizes financial resources while maintaining commitment to quality service when requesting and purchasing quality assurance program supplies.

Qualifications

• PsyD, PhD, LPC or LCSW, LMFT, LMSW license is required.
• Managerial experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with LGBTQ and Transgender patients and treating eating disorders as a primary diagnosis is a plus.
• Possesses working knowledge of psychopathology, diagnostic assessment and related treatment interventions.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatments and ability to individualize treatment approaches to meet each client's needs.
• Must be able to conceptualize and implement master treatment plan with fully developed problems, objectives and goals.
