Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

  • Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000
  • Required Qualifications:
  • City/State: Los Angeles, CA

I’m partnered with a leading federally qualified healthcare center with 7 locations across SoCal to help them find a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for their Downtown LA Outpatient Clinic!

This clinic’s mission is to minimize disparities in healthcare access and outcomes by providing superior-quality, patient-centered healthcare. They provide a variety of services in medically underserved areas such as: primary care, preventative care, minor emergency services, and some specialty services including dental care. As an organization, they take immediate and effective action to remedy all health-related challenges, whether it is a physical ailment or a mental diagnosis.

As a therapist you will be in the front line of combatting mental healthcare inequities with the backing of an institution with immense resources and with a Chief Administrative Officer that will advocate for you in every endeavor. Broadly speaking, you will conduct assessments for underserved patients and provide short term care, long term care, emergency care, and even be involved with transitional housing.

If you are interested in a highly rewarding challenge, this position is for you! They offer a salary in the ballpark of $85-$95k, an excellent benefits package, and great work-life balance with a Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm schedule (No weekends!?).
